Sessions for High School Students

Are you a high school student interested in health, human rights, or law? Come spend the day with other interested students and professionals at the Queen’s Health and Human Rights Conference on October 21st -22nd, 2016 in the New Medical Building at Queen’s University! This year’s theme is Conflict, Security, & Health.

The purpose of these sessions is to engage youth in issues of health and human rights relating to youth and encourage effective leadership in these areas by facilitating critical discussion between youth. Students should come away from sessions with substantive ideas, arguments, and ways to address key issues, as well as leadership opportunities now and in the future. The day consists of workshops, presentations by international names in health advocacy, a research and information fair, social time for conference attendees, and free food throughout the day!

Registration is FREE, but be sure to register as soon as possible because spots are limited!
