1. How do I register?
Register for the Health and Human Rights conference by clicking here or pasting this link into your browser: https://queenshhrc.yapsody.com
Registration for the 2015 HHRC is hosted on ticketing platform Yapsody.
2. Why are there different ticket prices?
There are no registration fees for the conference, but donations are encouraged. If you choose a ticket that is $5, $10, $15 or $20, your donation will help ensure that the Health and Human Rights Conference will continue to provide high-quality programming and a unique forum for discussion in future years. Please consider donating as you are able.
3. How can I pay for my ticket?
Payments are accepted via PayPal, a secure online transaction platform. When you reach the “Make Payment” page on Yapsody, click the PayPal “Pay Now” button at the bottom of the screen. You will be connected to a secure page where you can login to your PayPal account, or pay with any major credit card. The Queen’s Aesculapian Society will process your payment.
4. Is my registration good for the entire conference?
Yes, your registration grants you access to the entire conference. We encourage participants to select what parts of the conference they plan to attend (Friday night, Saturday morning, Saturday afternoon) so we can order the right amount of food.
5. I registered online! What do I do when I arrive at the conference?
There will be a registration desk in the New Medical Building Atrium on Friday night and in the Biosciences Atrium on Saturday morning. Please present your e-ticket on your mobile device, and you will be provided with an HHRC nametag. If you do not have your e-ticket, we will be able to look your name up on our attendee list.
6. What if I have dietary or accessibility needs?
Please note any dietary or accessibility needs when you register. You will be prompted by Yapsody before your reservation is confirmed.
7. I registered earlier and can no longer attend. What should I do?
If you have registered for the conference but can no longer attend, we would appreciate if you could contact us at email@example.com.
8. Can I register at the door?
Yes, however, we strongly recommend registering online in advance. Early registration helps organizers ensure that we order enough food and ensure enough seating for all attendees. There will be a registration desk on Friday evening and Saturday morning where you can register and receive a nametag.
9. I have other questions. Who do I contact?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we would be happy to answer your questions!
