The Queen’s Health and Human Rights Conference has run annually for the past 15 years. Wholly student-organized. We host a range of students, faculty and community members creating an interdisciplinary learning environment. In the past, we have welcomed speakers such as Samantha Nutt, the Hon. Charlie Angus, Albert Schumacher, Jacalyn Duffin, Beverley Chalmers, and many more. In 2010, the conference was awarded the Queen’s University Human Rights Initiative Award.
This year’s conference is titled Conflict, Security, and Health and will be taking place on October 21-22nd, 2016 in the New Medical Building (15 Arch Street) and BioSciences Complex (116 Barrie Street) on Queen’s Campus. We look forward to seeing you then!
We hope that you will be able to join us October 21 – 22, 2016!
